The season may be in shutdown mode and the players are in lockdown in the UK but that just means the planning for next season has begun even earlier.
And more specifically, who will be where next season.
Manchester United have some big calls to make on players coming in and out of the club, with two in particular being tipped for big money moves during the off-season.

MAN UTD’S KANE BLOCK
Jose Mourinho will do all he can to stop Harry Kane leaving Tottenham to join his old club Manchester United.
That’s the opinion of ex-Red Devil Rio Ferdinand, who thinks the Londoners will move heaven and earth to keep their star man this summer.
Speaking on Instagram, Ferdinand said: “Would I take Harry Kane now? Of course you would
“If he’s fit and he’s raring to go, you take Kane at Man Utd, 100 per cent. Top player, you’re guaranteeing goals, in the Premier League you’re guaranteeing goals.
“This geezer scores goals but I don’t see Tottenham letting Harry Kane go.
“And with Mourinho there, I don’t see Mourinho letting him go to Man Utd.”
GUNNING FOR SMALLING
Arsenal have reportedly launched a bid to sign Manchester United defender Chris Smalling.
Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport claims the Gunners have made an offer and asked their Premier League rivals “for information” regarding a potential summer deal.
The report suggests that the on-loan Roma defender has made a return to England a ‘concrete option’ to be closer to family members following the coronavirus pandemic.
Spurs boss Jose Mourinho was weighing up a move for his former player, who he managed during his time at Old Trafford.
Everton are also said to be plotting a raid for the United outcast following his return to form in Serie A.
Roma are looking to turn the loan into a permanent deal this summer but are said to be shocked by the Red Devils £25million price-tag and are looking to negotiate a lower fee.
Smalling has been dubbed “Smalldini” in Italy after his fine form and has even been offered a chance at an England recall by Gareth Southgate.
STAY AWAY, JAY
CHELSEA striker Tammy Abraham has jokingly told Manchester United ace Marcus Rashford to “stay away” from Jadon Sancho as the battle to sign the Borussia Dortmund forward heats up.
The England international has been heavily linked with a move away from BVB in the summer, with the Red Devils, the Blues and Premier League leaders Liverpool all reportedly keen.
But it has been claimed that it is United who are winning the race to snare him away from Signal Iduna Park in a £100million deal.
The club have already made their move having been in contact with the player’s agent for the last two months.
Sancho turned 20 on Wednesday, and United marksman Rashford took to Instagram to wish his compatriot a happy birthday.
Posting a picture of the duo on international duty, the 22-year-old said: “Happy birthday bro! @sanchooo10 Enjoy your day, indoors!”
The ex-Manchester City youth star was quick to reply, as he messaged back: “Thank you Rashhyy, appreciate it bro.”
In a now deleted comment, Abraham then chipped in where he warned Rashford, “Stay away from my Jadon,” followed by a laughing emoji.
