KIT nerds will fall in love with France’s new World Cup home and away kit after Nike finally confirmed the designs for the Socceroos’ group opponents.
On the same day Iceland unveiled what they’ll be wearing in Russia, France became the 19th of 32 teams to release their kits ahead of the mid-June start date.

FRANCE CONFIRM NIKE KITS
Nike, after nailing it with Nigeria’s World Cup kits, have done it again.
This time with France.
Taking inspiration from the tricolour of France’s national flag – blue, white and red – the French home kit is a blue shirt, white shorts and red socks.
The away kit is white, with navy shorts and white socks.
But it is the detailing on the shirts which make both kits – the home contains a zig-zag sleeve pattern which pops in a bright blue colour; the away kit contains a random pattern of red and blue lines with the tagline “Nos differences nous unissent” (Our differences unite us) on the inside of the collar.
The streetwear range is also eye-catching.
ICELAND’S ERREA KITS REVEALED
After a brilliant teaser campaign which included incredible images of Icelandic scenery as well as the national team’s history of kits, Errea have confirmed Iceland’s kit for their first ever World Cup.
They might be facing Argentina, Croatia and Nigeria in their World Cup group, and they might be the smallest country ever to participate in football’s showpiece event, but Iceland will be bringing the ‘Fire and Ice’.
Errea’s bold blue home kit with red and while detailing is symbolic in Iceland – representing fire turning ice into water.
The away kit has the same template and design, but reverses the colours, with white being the predominant one.

With a royal blue colour, there is a stars pattern running across the front of the shirt, which also contains yellow detailing.
The kit will be rounded out by white shorts and royal blue socks and is expected to be released later in March.
